The Living Room

The Games Room
With log burner, sofas, armchairs, bean bags, DVD Sony Wii and Game Cube all attached to the large screen TV. French windows open onto the New Garden and the room is triple-aspected with views over the arboretum and fields beyond. Lots of children's board games and toys to keep them happy when they are not playing table tennis — let battle commence!
The Tulip Bedroom
A generous bedroom with a pocket-sprung super king or twin beds. Double aspect with French windows leading to the new garden. Equipped with a wall hung TV/DVD. It has a large shower room next door.
The Checked Bedroom
